Job summary

Union Bank of VT/ NH in Shelburne invites applications for a Branch Manager to lead our local branch team. You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and support business development initiatives while delivering teller and customer service excellence.

We are seeking a motivated individual for a Branch Manager position in our Shelburne office. As a Branch Manager, under general direction, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative activities; coordinate and direct operations and personnel of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable operations; ensure compliance with established policies and objectives; provide support to calling officers to further business development efforts; and work with the Branch Administrator to achieve branch objectives and plans. You will also provide direct teller and customer service for the assigned branch. May provide lending related support functions.

Requirements

• Banking experience of 3 years or greater including completion of related banking courses.

Salary: $25.00-$34.00/ hour based on experience
