Job summary

Union Bank has a Morrisville location in Vermont seeking a motivated full-time customer service professional to perform Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker duties with a strong knowledge of bank products and services.

This candidate should be tech-savvy, possess cash handling experience, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn, including cross-selling appropriate banking products to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
• Mathematical and computer aptitude.
• Ability to stay current with deposit products and services and bank procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker duties.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Bank products and cross-sell as appropriate to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance cash drawer.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their financial needs.

We Are Seeking

A motivated individual for a full-time customer service position in our Morrisville Northgate Plaza office. Specific duties will include performing the full spectrum of Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker responsibilities while possessing a thorough knowledge of Bank products and services and cross selling as appropriate to meet the needs of our customers.

This candidate should be technologically adept, possess cash handling experience, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.
