Job summary

Passumpsic Bank in Berlin, VT seeks a Branch Manager to lead growth and development of the assigned market, driving deposits and loans while building an effective outside business development program.

The right candidate will coach staff, plan and execute a sales program, and facilitate the delivery of financial services by referring customers to the appropriate department, while maintaining positive community relations in the market area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of banking experience with at least 3 in retail banking.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Plans, implements and maintains a sales program with creativity and energy such that goals are achieved and quality standards are met or exceeded.

• Builds customer relationships by recognizing deposit and loan financial needs and identifying additional bank products and services to fill those needs.

Salary Range: $70,400.00 To $88,000.00 Annually

Passumpsic Bank is looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual for the Branch Manager position we have available.

The right candidate will be responsible for overall growth and development of the assigned market, which includes increased generation of deposits and loans and maintaining an effective outside business development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
