Job summary

First American Bank NM is seeking a Branch Supervisor to manage all aspects of branch operations under the supervision of the Market President. You will oversee operations, customer service, and branch security while driving service excellence and sales culture.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, plus knowledge of HR procedures. A credit/background/reference check is part of the process.
