Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with exceptional service and delivery execution.
• Hire, monitor, coach, and mentor branch staff; set expectations.
• Support the sales team and present ABC Supply Interiors’ value proposition.
• Oversee HR, safety, storefront merchandising, and operations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by employees, customers and vendors.
• Oversee in‑branch sales and overall customer service; manage P&L.
• Schedule associates and manage competing priorities.
