Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors in Georgia seeks an experienced Branch Manager to operate and grow a branch location. You will lead customer relationships, hire and coach staff, manage in-branch sales and safety, and own P&L outcomes while partnering with the sales team to present ABC Supply Interiors’ value proposition.

ACM, founded in 2002 as American Construction Materials, focuses on metal building products and related lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with focus on service and delivery.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and evaluate branch staff.
• Support sales team in presenting ABC Supply Interiors' value proposition.
• Oversee HR functions at the branch, including employee relations.
• Manage storefronts, safety policies, and merchandising.
• Oversee in-branch sales and customer service functions.
• Maintain profit and loss accountability for the branch.
• Schedule associates and manage multiple priorities.

ABC Supply Interiors is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business. Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships by providing excellent service and delivery execution with high customer satisfaction
• Hiring associates and monitoring their performance
• Coaching and mentoring branch personnel, setting expectations, and ensuring efficient operations
• Supporting the sales team’s efforts to present and sell ABC Supply Interiors's value proposition
• Managing employee relations and human resources functions at the branch level
• Managing storefront and merchandising
• Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed by employees, customers, and vendors
• Managing in-branch sales and customer service functions
• Profit and loss accountability
• Generating Associates' work schedules
• Successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management or other related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years management experience - industry experience and product knowledge are strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid and proven sales management skills
