Job summary

Fireside Hearth & Home, the world's largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America, seeks a Branch Manager for our Wilmington, NC location. This role will also oversee the Myrtle Beach branch, coordinating with DFOS, service technicians, and the sales team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, A/R issues, labor and G&A expenses, and ensure effective cash handling and reporting.

• Drive branch financial performance through labor management and G&A control.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide field support to DFOS and service technicians during the preview and post-view processes.
• Oversee branch cash handling, deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Position at Fireside Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to add a Branch Manager at our Wilmington NC location. This position will also be responsible for the Myrtle Beach branch. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
• Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.
• Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post-view process.
• Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
