Job summary

Fireside Hearth & & Home, a branch of Hearth & Home Technologies, seeks a Branch Manager in Wilmington, NC to oversee daily operations and partner with the Myrtle Beach location. You will lead service, sales, and warehouse teams while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and efficient processes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and financial stewardship to drive branch performance and service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction-related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DFOS, customer service, and warehouse teams with daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
• Oversee inventory, quarterly audits, and resolve A/R issues to manage working capital.
• Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and controlling G&A expenses.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post-view process.
• Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to add a Branch Manager at our Wilmington NC location. This position will also be responsible for the Myrtle Beach branch.

Responsibilities
