A Branch Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overall branch performance. This includes meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue growth, labor efficiency, safety, and branch profitability. As a Branch Manager you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

• Foster a safety culture through continuous training, tight policy compliance, and accountability to our safety standards.
• Deliver extraordinary customer and employee experiences.
• Predictably deliver budgeted revenue growth.
• Build a great team with the right people in the right seats. Create a high degree of team cohesion and shared support. Invest in the growth of high-performing individuals and create future opportunities for them. • Prudently manage investments in equipment and expenses to maximize branch profitably.

WORK CONDITIONS
