Owns the overall performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness of the branch. Leads branch employees in executing Company strategies while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. Drives sales growth, develops customer relationships, manages branch resources, and promotes a culture of accountability, employee development, and operational excellence in support of the Company's strategic objectives

Job Results & Accountabilities:
- Leads all branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, purchasing coordination, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Establishes branch priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned with Company objectives.
- Develops and executes growth plans that increase branch revenue, profitability, customer retention, and market presence.
- Partners with sales personnel to identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Monitors branch performance through financial reports, operating metrics, sales reports, and key performance indicators.
- Identifies operational improvement opportunities and implements corrective actions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Oversees branch staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management activities.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee ownership, and continuous improvement throughout the branch.
- Collaborates with Purchasing and Inventory leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and availability while supporting customer requirements.
- Establishes pricing strategies and product offerings that align with market conditions, customer needs, and Company objectives.
- Partners with Human Resources regarding employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and policy compliance.
- Ensures compliance with Company technology, cybersecurity, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains effective working relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and Company leadership.
- Supports special projects and strategic initiatives assigned to advance organizational objectives.
Division of Ownership:
The Branch Manager develops and maintains branch operating standards, customer service expectations, performance accountability measures, workforce development activities, and growth initiatives. Branch employees are responsible for executing within these standards and remain accountable for their individual contributions to branch performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.
Performance Measurement:
Performance is measured through branch sales growth, gross profit performance, operating profitability, customer retention, new customer acquisition, inventory accuracy, budget achievement, employee development, operational efficiency, safety performance, and overall customer satisfaction. Success is demonstrated through sustainable branch growth, strong financial results, engaged employees, and exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fastener industry sales experience required.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Previous management and leadership experience.
- Minimum of five years of inside sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Company driving requirements.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and employee development capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales and improve branch profitability.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of branch financial performance.
