Job summary

United Bank is seeking a senior manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across branches. This role emphasizes strategic planning, sales excellence, and regulatory compliance under the SAFE Act.

Ideal candidates will hold an NMLS license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days, plus five years of management experience. Strong communication skills in Spanish or another language are a plus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a management capacity required.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required.

• Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
• Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
