Job summary

Security Finance seeks a hands-on Branch Manager in Texas to lead an enthusiastic team, serve customers in person and by phone, and drive performance. You will oversee loan processing, tax preparation support, and branch operations with a focus on service quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes staff development, cash handling, goal attainment, and community presence while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading a team and managing customer service.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior finance experience is preferred.

You could be a great addition if you have:

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• The ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.

• A valid state driver's license, with an acceptable driver's record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis.
• Previous finance experience.
