Job summary

Security Finance in Texas seeks a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a motivated team, handling customer needs both over the phone and in person, and serving as the link between the branch, the community, and customers.

You will develop staff, ensure accurate loan processing and tax returns, maintain cash controls, and drive service quality while complying with lending regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.
