Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team and serve customers in the community. You will motivate staff, manage branch operations, and ensure accurate loan processing and tax services.

A passion for service and sales growth is essential. You will oversee cash handling, compliance with lending regulations, and community engagement while driving branch performance and employee development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing branch teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to coach staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record and access to a reliable car.
• Experience in finance preferred and understands branch operations.
• Ability to train staff and drive performance.
