Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on branch manager to lead a motivated team, serve customers in person and over the phone, and strengthen connections with the Ada community.

You will develop, lead, train, and manage staff; maintain cash controls; ensure timely loan processing and tax returns; and uphold lending regulations while pursuing branch goals. This role offers excellent benefits, a monthly bonus potential, growth opportunities, and top-flight training.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.
