Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to motivate a team, serve customers in person and over the phone, and strengthen our community presence.

You will lead, train, and manage branch staff, ensure accurate loan processing and tax-related tasks, stay compliant with lending regulations, and drive branch goals while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Customer service background.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Finance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies and procedures.

You could be a great addition if you have:

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• The ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis.
• Previous finance experience.
