You will coach, mentor, and empower team members while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, ultimately strengthening Harborstone’s community presence and member relationships.

As a Branch Manager I, you'll lead a branch team focused on creating outstanding member experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth. You'll serve as a coach, mentor, and role model, helping your team succeed while ensuring branch goals are achieved.

• Competitive pay: $72,600 - $108,900 annually

Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications and will likely not exceed mid-point of range to allow for development and future increases.
