What You’ll Do

As our Branch Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch—balancing leadership, sales, and operations to keep everything running smoothly while driving growth.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing branch team
• Drive sales through a consultative, needs‑based approach
• Build meaningful relationships with members and the local community
• Actively & successfully participate in sales activities, including outbound business development outreach
• Guide members toward financial solutions that support their goals
• Prepare and close consumer loans (including HELOCs)
• Ensure operational excellence, security, and compliance
• Resolve escalated member concerns with care and professionalism
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service
• Support multiple branch locations when needed
