Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch performance across sales and collections, while coaching a small team. You will guide daily execution, maintain structure, and handle customer conversations about payments.

The role expects a 40-hour week (Mon–Sat), with pay between $17.00–$17.79 per hour plus a monthly bonus potential and company-paid Health, Dental and Vision, 401k, Life and Disability coverage, plus vacation and holidays.

This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed.
