Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group seeks a Branch Manager in Marple Township, PA to lead branch operations across sales, service, warehouse, and delivery while driving growth and profitability.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and work with leadership to meet branch goals in a fast-paced HVAC wholesale environment.

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 annually + potential bonus
