twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow a wholesale distribution operation in Freehold, NJ. You will own branch sales, profitability, inventory, warehouse, and team performance while re-engaging customers and developing new business.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence, safeguarding safety and compliance, and collaborating with leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Wholesale distribution experience required.
• Experience in plumbing/HVAC, electrical, or another contractor-focused B2B distribution environment required.
• Proven ability to lead a team, establish accountability, and follow through on initiatives required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions
• Own branch performance and profitability, partnering with leadership to review results, identify opportunities, and execute improvement initiatives
• Drive sales growth by developing new customer relationships and re-engaging dormant and underperforming accounts
• Build strong relationships with contractors and other B2B customers and serve as a resource to the sales team
• Lead, coach, and hold a team accountable for performance, customer service, and daily execution
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination
• Establish priorities and set the pace for the branch, ensuring commitments and initiatives are followed through
• Monitor inventory and cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective action
• Ensure the branch, warehouse, vehicles, and surrounding property are safe, clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Communicate regularly with company leadership and collaborate with other departments

Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus two rotating Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
