Job summary

Security Finance Corporation in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team of customer service and lending professionals. You’ll connect the branch, the community, and customers, guiding daily operations and ensuring excellent service.

You will oversee hiring, training, cash accuracy, loan processing, tax returns, collections, and compliance with lending regulations, while driving branch growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Access to a reliable automobile.
• Previous finance experience.
