Job summary

Security Finance seeks a Branch Manager to lead a local team, drive growth, and ensure excellent customer service in the community.

You’ll supervise branch staff, manage cash, ensure loan and tax-related processes meet regulatory standards, and pursue branch goals with a strong service mindset. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and finance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in the finance industry is preferred.

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.

• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies and procedures.
