Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a Branch Manager in Houston to oversee the daily operations of the branch, supervise sales staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role focuses on achieving budgeted gross sales and profit targets while coordinating multiple departments for smooth performance.

The position requires strong leadership, 5+ years in wholesale roofing or a similar environment, and proven ability to drive profitability, organize activities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication when dealing with customers, vendors, management, and team members.
• 5+ years of wholesale roofing supplies and/or equivalent middle-management experience.
• Ability to develop accurate job information from various sources to create quotes with sound pricing and delivery strategies.
• Proficient with PC software (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to staff, manage, and motivate personnel.
• Customer service mindset with conflict resolution experience.
• Proven ability to promote growth and profitability.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all branch departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Drive gross sales and gross profit margins at budgeted levels.
• Act as back-up salesperson when needed to support branch success.
• Support and mentor sales personnel to deliver superior customer service.
• Manage pricing, deliver strategies, and vendor relationships.

BRANCH MANAGER

Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the smooth coordination and functioning of all departments of the Gulfeagle Supply Branch.This person is responsible for supervising sales personnel effectively using superior customer service. Responsible for the generation of gross sales volume and gross profit margins at budgeted levels. Acts as a back-up salesperson, if and when necessary to ensure the overall success of the Branch. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with customers, vendors, management, and team members
• 5 + years of wholesale roofing supplies and/or equivalent experience in a middle management position
• Ability to develop accurate job information from various and numerous sources to develop quotes with sound pricing and delivery strategies
• Ability to operate a PC and related software such as (Windows, Excel, and Word)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively staff, manage, and motivate personnel
