You will mentor personnel, set sales goals, and ensure top-notch customer service. A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred; HVAC experience and management history are essential.

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and has been serving our customers for 85 years. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to join our team at our Henderson Branch. This position is full-time Monday - Friday (typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)About the position:As a Branch manager, you will plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Branch. The Manager is accountable for sustaining consistent profitability of the business.Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in the service of HVAC Customers which may include: Counter Sales Position(s), Warehouse/Delivery, and in larger branches Receiving/Transfer clerks, Counter trainee, Sales;Achieve sales, gross profit, market share and profit sharing goals through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Branch.Determine targeted customer account potential, establish sales goals for those accounts, and hold salespeople accountable for achieving those goals.Foster a culture of clear, direct communication within the branch so that expectations and responsibilities are understood, and employee engagement is maximizedOversee and maintain customer service levels, including customer inquiries and resolution of customer issues. Working to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and escalate customer concerns as necessary;Ensure the branch team receives the proper safety training and equipmentEvaluate and manage the resources/processes required for the successful completion of a high volume of commercial HVAC projects;Work closely with sales team to understand sales performance and forecasts;Conduct all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures.Maintain and insist upon a safe working environment in accordance with Company policy and procedures.Safeguard and maintain all Profit Center assets – buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables.Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.Opportunity for a future profit-sharing bonus based on branch profitabilityOther Duties as assigned by Regional ManagerA minimum of a High School Diploma is required, college degree preferred.A minimum of 3-5 years HVAC distribution or relevant HVAC experience. 2 plus years management or counter sales experience required.Employee must pass pre-employment drug screen.Ability to maintain a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to communicate well with others.Ability to manage othersAbility to handle multiple tasksHighly Organized, possesses good planning skillsTeam Player with strong interpersonal skillsStrong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.Basic typing/10-key skills.
