Branch Manager Responsibilities

The Branch Manager is responsible for effective and profitable management of personnel, inventory and customer service. Working with other managers and sales representatives to establish and meet sales goals, in addition to hiring, developing and training personnel.

Qualifications: Essential/Position Responsibilities

• Identifying and generating customers.
• Distribution and sales.
• Inventory control.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment in order to safely move product.

• Highly motivated and energetic person with hands on management experience required.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• Proven ability of leading, directing and motivating a team to achieve their potential.
• Complete understanding of HVAC industry is required. Must possess strong desire to learn new concepts in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations, including but not limited to basic math and calculations to determine equipment size needed by customers.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to travel to other Company locations.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Build strong relationships with internal personnel and contractors while meeting customer needs and standards for service.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position directly carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with RMI’s policies and applicable laws.
