Job summary

Robert Madden Industries, LTD. seeks a Branch Manager to oversee personnel, inventory and customer service across our Texas locations. You will work with other managers and sales reps to meet sales goals and will be responsible for hiring, developing and training staff.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, hands-on management, and excellent communication. Travel to multiple company locations is expected.

Working with other managers and sales representatives to establish and meet sales goals, in addition to hiring, developing and training personnel.Essential/Position Responsibilities:Identifying and generating customers.Distribution and sales.Inventory control.Knowledge of material handling equipment in order to safely move product.Highly motivated and energetic person with hands on management experience required.Strong communication and written skills required.Proven ability of leading, directing and motivating a team to achieve their potential.Complete understanding of HVAC industry is required.
