American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc is seeking a Branch Manager for our San Leandro, CA location. You will plan, direct, and lead all branch operations, drive profitability, and manage a team across counter sales, warehouse/delivery, and support staff.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, college degree preferred.
• 2+ years management or counter sales experience required.
• Employee must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to handle multiple tasks.
