United Bank in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced banking professional for a leadership role that will oversee staff, ensure SAFEs and regulatory compliance, and deliver superior customer service.

The position requires five years of management experience, NMLS licensing within 90 days, and strong sales, planning, and coaching abilities, plus Spanish language proficiency. Travel to other branches and flexible scheduling may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years in a management capacity.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required
• Strong sales and service skills;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Strong communication, problem solving, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Ability to travel to other branch locations as business needs arise
• Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise
