Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Bloomington, IL to lead branch operations, develop recruiters, and deliver excellent staffing services. In-office with local travel, you’ll drive growth by expanding the customer base and ensuring top‑tier service across all client interactions.

You will recruit, screen, onboard, and retain candidates while coaching a team of recruiters and building strong relationships with local businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing operations, or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, set expectations, and hold a team accountable.
• Confident in speaking with customers, candidates, employees, and community contacts.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn sales and grow local accounts through networking.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customer relationships through strong service, problem-solving, and expanded account support.
• Lead recruiting and hiring from sourcing and screening through onboarding, placement, and retention.
• Motivate and coach recruiters through clear expectations, regular feedback, recognition, accountability, and hands-on support.
• Build connections across the local market through networking, community involvement, referrals, customer visits, and prospect outreach to grow the customer base.
• Understand changing customer needs and provide practical staffing solutions with timely, honest communication.
• Manage branch goals, budget, productivity, service, and performance metrics to support profitable growth.
• Ensure compliant hiring practices and adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Provide flexible support outside normal business hours when customer or employee needs require it.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Are you ready to take the next step in your staffing career? We’re seeking an approachable, motivated Branch Manager to develop recruiters, deliver a dependable hiring experience, and build market connections that grow our Bloomington customer base.

Compensation

$66-$82k + Commission

Schedule

In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It
