Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of related financial or retail experience; minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• Skills:
  • Proven leadership experience in financial services, branch operations, or retail management.
  • Strong ability to drive growth, performance, and relationship development.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, operational best practices, and coaching principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
