City of Austin’s Hampton Branch at Oak Hill is seeking a Library Manager to lead daily operations, staff supervision, and community outreach. You will oversee programs, collections, and facilities while aligning with the Library’s mission and strategic goals.

The role requires a degree in a related field with several years of supervisory experience, strong customer service, and ability to work across diverse communities. Some travel and shift work are expected.

Formación

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities.

• Manage daily operations of a library branch and oversee services, programs, and community engagement.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, provide training, and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Oversee facilities, collections, budget, and coordination with city libraries and partners.
