Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Ability to complete duties accurately and on time.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location unless otherwise directed.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and perform daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Prepare reports to assist Branch Manager.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate operations in absence of manager.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
