Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Columbus, Indiana. You will start in a neighbor-hood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning the business from day one.

You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and a path to running your own branch, building a team, and growing with promotions. A customer-service, sales, and operations focus drives your development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or student with ≤1 semester to graduation.
• Experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, or campus/community leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to eventually run a branch and develop a team.
• Receive mentoring and support and build relationships in the community.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
