Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an assistant manager in a service, warehouse or construction branch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating all branch operations and use of resources.
• Manage upkeep of equipment, plant, and fixtures.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners.
• Recruit, train and develop staff.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Contribute to strategy and policy.
• Manage customer service activities and staff competence.
• Control branch costs and overheads.
• Ensure safety requirements.
