Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; record information; process payments; make loan recommendations.
• Approve loans up to lending limits, complete loan closings, handle account activities related to collections including calls and visits.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and record/file documentation; operate cash drawer; process deposits; maintain records.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
