Rosedale Bank is seeking a Relationship Guide at the Parkville Branch to deliver outstanding customer experiences and assist with basic banking needs. You will process transactions, educate customers about products, and promote digital banking tools while upholding security procedures.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a community-focused bank environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience; cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer relationship focus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Ability to count large sums of cash and coin.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
• Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
• Learn and promote all Bank products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide them through processes like online banking and ATM PIN resets.
• Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
• Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
• Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
