Job summary

Rosedale Bank in Parkville seeks a Relationship Guide to deliver outstanding customer experiences and handle routine banking transactions at the Parkville Branch. You will educate customers about products and digital banking tools while building trusted relationships.

You will engage customers to understand their needs, process deposits and payments, and promote services with emphasis on security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience; cash handling preferred.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer relationship focus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable; ability to count large sums of cash and coin.

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
• Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
• Learn and promote all Bank products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide them through processes like online banking and ATM PIN resets.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
• Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
• Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Job

We are currently seeking a Relationship Guide to join our team at the Parkville Branch. This front-line position is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting with basic banking needs, processing transactions, and educating customers about Rosedale Bank's products and services. You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, service excellence, and relationship-building.

In this position you will:

What you bring:

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain standing for 50%-75% of the time
• Occasionally move around the office to access files and equipment
• Frequent use of computers and office equipment (calculator, copier, printer)
• Ability to work at other branch locations based on business needs
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
