Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and drive Breakthrough Client Service, making the branch the bank of choice in the local community. You will manage growth by expanding relationships, control P&L, and ensure audits meet standards.

The role requires 5 years banking experience (consumer and business lending exposure) and 3 years management in banking or retail. Notary preferred; MLO responsibilities apply for mortgage loans with SAFE Act compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 3 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, daily supervision, labor law compliance, performance management, hiring and termination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associate performance and development with staffing oversight.
• Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio management and expenses.
• Maintain consistent audit results through sound operational practices.
• Partner with Retail and bank-wide leaders to deliver client solutions in line with strategy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core products and Columbia’s Financial Review process.
