Job summary

Precision Pump & Valve (PPV), an MCE Company, in Midland, TX, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to qualify leads, generate quotes, and process orders across our oil & gas and industrial client base. You will manage high-volume calls and emails, use ERP/CRM tools, and support outside sales while maintaining accurate warehouse records and inventory for the Permian Basin market.

3+ years of inside sales and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, sales development, or account management experience with a proven ability to close.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport daily.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM platforms; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily, develop leads, qualify prospects, move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Generate accurate quotes, purchase orders, and customer orders in the ERP system; follow up to drive conversion.
• Maintain warehouse inventory records and support inventory management and order fulfillment.
