Job summary

Honor Credit Union in South Haven, MI seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive member service, and grow deposits and loans at the South Haven branch. You will coach a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with community development to expand local financial solutions.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Must be/or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number.
Two to five years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to achieve goals that align with organizational strategies and the Member Promise.
Drive an exceptional member and team experience while ensuring day-to-day operations are met.
Partner with the Community Development Officer to grow deposits and loan goals.
Collaborate with Real Estate and Business Services for a seamless member experience.
