Job summary

Zeal Credit Union in New Hudson seeks a Full-Time Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive strategic plans, and foster a high-performance, member-focused culture. You will guide budgeting, coaching, and staff development to enhance the member experience.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, ensure policy compliance, and monitor branch metrics to identify improvements. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 5-7 years leadership experience and track record of team management
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations, including compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC
