Responsabilités

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Engage in outside calling to small business clients in the community.
• Develop networks to identify prospective client referrals in the area.
• Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and branch operations tasks are completed.
• Schedule staffing and onboarding of new teammates and manage coverage.
