• Three years of progressive bank branch retail experience required; one year as Assistant Branch Manager; two years as Branch Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and supports branch employees through hiring, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and consistent communication.
• Promotes a consistent, responsive client experience and ensures client needs and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Supports the branch team and bankers located at the branch with account opening and maintenance, client inquiries, transaction needs, relationship management, and other client service needs.
• Oversees retail administration, operational controls, staffing, workflow, and service standards to maintain an efficient, compliant, and professional branch environment.
• Strengthens client relationships through proactive service, timely follow-up, community involvement, and appropriate referrals to banking partners.
• Coordinates branch facility needs, including maintenance, repairs, security, supplies, vendor access, and communication with internal teams and external service providers.
• Provides hands‑on support with client service and operational responsibilities as branch needs require.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements while safeguarding confidential information and records.
