Qualificações

• 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• 3+ years in a retail banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct all retail branch activities.
• Coach and evaluate staff with regular performance appraisals.
• Participate in selection, promotion, transfer and discipline decisions.
• Balance branch vault and cash daily; ensure security procedures.
• Represent TBK Bank in community initiatives and networking.
