Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of banking experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a current Notary Public commission or obtain within 60 days.
• Proficiency in banking software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop retail team to deliver excellent service.
• Hire, coach, evaluate performance, and take corrective action as needed.
• Lead team meetings, provide coaching, and support training.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, customer-focused branch culture.
• Oversee daily branch operations, cash handling, audits, and security.
• Ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.
• Open/close branch as needed and handle escalated issues.
• Assist with new accounts, teller transactions, and problem resolution.
