Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager for our Livermore, CA location to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability while upholding safety and service standards. You will hire and develop a high-performance team, manage the P&L, and collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance to meet goals.

The role emphasizes a safety-first culture, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
• Strong leadership in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Working knowledge of business planning and accounting principles.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
• Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Develop and manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) and business plan.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across all functional areas.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance at the branch and champion a strong safety culture.
• Build a service-driven culture that aligns with Ironclad’s core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
