Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Shafter, CA, seeks a Branch Manager to lead safety, performance, and profitability at the local branch. You will drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and manage the branch P&L while building a high-performing team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will monitor key metrics, collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance, and ensure DOT and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful business management with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills in hiring, training and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in related field.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; knowledge of DOT/OSHA preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
• Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Develop and manage the branch P&L and business plan.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across functions.
• Monitor metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance to resolve issues.
