Provident Bank is actively seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to lead daily branch operations, supervise a team, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining regulatory compliance. The ABM collaborates with the Branch Manager and business partners to expand relationships and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Professional communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and direction to ensure efficient service.
• Manage branch operations including teller side, platform, and escalations.
• Coach staff to meet sales goals and develop relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive exceptional customer experience as measured by surveys.
• Assist Branch Manager with scheduling and staffing needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Lead special projects and mentor direct reports.
