Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, deliver outstanding member service, and coach a growing team. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive sales, digital banking adoption, and community engagement.

The ABM will oversee staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute growth strategies while maintaining credit union core values. Travel between branch locations may be required to support regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration required.
• Three+ years of retail banking or member relationship management.
• One+ year of retail banking leadership with coaching focus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSA, OFAC) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
• Lead daily branch operations and develop team members.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive culture.
• Promote digital banking tools and adoption among members.
• Identify opportunities to grow member relationships and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal controls.
• Support regional branch coverage as needed.
